Orders are dispatched from Victoria. Please allow 3 to 6 business days for interstate delivery. Every order comes with parcel tracking so you can follow it home.
Packaging
A3 and smaller are flat packed on cardboard inside a clear cellophane sleeve. A2 and lobster prints are wrapped in tissue and sent in a poster tube.
If something goes wrong
If your order is lost or arrives damaged, I'll replace it free of charge and cover all postage. Just email me at hello@onikasocean.com.au within 14 days with a photo and I'll sort it straight away.
Returns and exchanges
Prints and calendars can be returned or exchanged within 14 days, as long as they're in as-new condition and return shipping is covered by you.
Framed prints are made to order, so I can't accept change-of-mind returns. But if you'd like a different image in the same frame, I'll happily swap it free of charge; you just cover the shipping to send the original back and post the new one out.
