SHIPPING & RETURNS

Every piece is made to order and sent with care. Here's what to expect.

Shipping costs - Australia

  • Calendars: ship free

  • Print only: all sizes (A4, A3, A2 and small / large lobsters) are $19 flat rate per order - you can include multiple prints and only be charged the flat rate once.

  • A4 frames: $19 each

  • A3 frames: $24 each

  • A2 frames: $24 each

  • Lobster prints: small $24, large $45

Shipping price is calculated by total dimensions at the print manufacturer - to keep shipping costs as low as possible, some orders with multiple framed products may arrive in different shipments. You will be sent an email notifying you with all tracking numbers if this is the case!

For any order that includes a calendar and another product, the calendar will ship separately.

All items are available to be shipped internationally - please contact me with your shipping address for a quote!

Dispatch and tracking

Framed and print only orders are dispatched from Victoria, and calendars are dispatched from Western Australia. Please allow 3 to 6 business days for interstate delivery.

All framed prints are made to order by hand. Please allow up to 8 working days before your order is dispatched.

Every order comes with parcel tracking so you can follow it home.

Packaging

Print-only orders A3 and under ship flat, whilst A2 prints travel rolled in a poster tube. Framed prints are carefully packed with plenty of bubble wrap and cardboard edge protection

If something goes wrong

If your order is lost or arrives damaged, I'll replace it free of charge and cover all postage. Just email me at hello@onikasocean.com.au within 14 days with a photo and I'll sort it straight away.

Returns and exchanges

Prints and calendars can be returned or exchanged within 14 days, as long as they're in as-new condition and return shipping is covered by you.

Framed prints are made to order, so I can't accept change-of-mind returns. The prints are adhesive-mounted to backing board, and the back of the frame is sealed to protect the artwork from dust and humidity. Removing the print can damage both the frame and the mat, so please choose carefully when placing your order.
