Every order is dispatched from Victoria with tracking. Interstate delivery usually takes 3 to 6 business days, and framed prints need around 8 working days to be made first.
Prints A3 and under ship flat; A2 and the larger prints travel rolled in a poster tube. If anything arrives damaged or goes missing along the way, I'll replace it free of charge.

You have 14 days from when your order arrives.
Prints and calendars can be returned or exchanged as long as they're in as-new condition, with return postage covered by you.
Framed prints are made to order, so I can't take them back for a change of mind. The prints are adhesive-mounted to the backing board and the back of the frame is sealed to protect the artwork from dust and humidity. Removing the print can damage both the frame and the mat, so please choose carefully when placing your order.
If your order arrives damaged, none of that applies. I'll cover all the postage and make it right. To start a return, just send me an email.
